Hey guys... i just wanted an idea of how much this thing is worth. Can i assume its a perfect weap?

Armor Penetration +20% (chance: 20%)
Armor +5
Inscription: "Strength and Honor"
Damage: +15% (while health is above 50%)

And this weapon is a goldie.

one more thing.. what are people buying ecto at now from other players?
