As most of you know, there is no existing inscription for it. However I'm not familiar with farming builds, so this shield might be perfect perhaps for a farming build in charr-area's.

FWIW, when dual modded the price can vary a lot depending on how motivated the seller and buyer(s) are. Late last Nov., I bought an r9 Tact Tall Shield with 10vCharr and +41wE inherent mods from the auction site for a 10k b/o.
There isn't a popular meta farm against Charr using characters who can benefit from shields AFAIK. The only cases I know of nice dual-modded 10vCritter shields easily fetching high prices are 10v Tengu, Demons, and sometimes Plants. Each has or has recently had a popular meta-farm where folks used Warriors to farm such foes.
