I've been selling single mod q9 Echovalds for 5-15k, but the single mod was either +28 or +30hp or +45hp(stance). -5/20 is not quite a good mod but still you should be able to get ~5k'ish

Imo the shield is a rare skin, q9 and it has a perfect mod on it. That warrants at least 15k in my book.
