First off, let me state that I'm familiar with the basic concepts of this quest, specifically in hard mode, as I have been using it for the past two years to farm iron ingots.
Now that several hammer mastery skills are buffed, I'm finding it impossible to finish this quest; I get to the mid-boss and his insanely buffed Dwarven Battle Stance rends all of my attacks useless.
Has anyone found a way past this yet?
Kilroy's Punch-Out Extravaganza nearly impossible??

when you get to the mid boss, before he becomes an enemy, ull notice a wall of enemies blocking the path. if you hug the right wall, and click past them, u can just skip them.

You realize that you can run by everything and just kill Irontoe?
Get Kilroy's shout at the beginning, spam 1, and run like hell. When you get to the circle of dudes, you can sneak past the door on the right side. It is just wide enough to run by. I sometimes get stuck there and rubberband but you should be able to finish in just a few minutes. Don't need to kill the etten either. Irontoe, chest, map out.

I think he want to kill them all to farm iron... not just to finish the quest

Thanks for the tips; I didn't realize you could skip to Fronis, since I've always just run through the dungeon normally for drops.

Ah, my iron farming days are over. I just wanted to get some easy Zaishen coins.

But I'm sure that Survivor farmers would still want to be killing everything in the arena, right?
I wanted to test out how well my new mouse could spam the 8 button, so I tried this tonight. I was extremely surprised with how rough the mid-boss was with Dwarven Battle Stance. He and two cronies knocked me down maybe six times in succession before I decided to run away, get Kilroy back up, have him destroy the cronies, and me take on the mid-boss alone. Mind you that this was all in NM.
It's still doable, it's just a little tougher. Seeing how Survivor characters have been able to farm this easily for some time, I'm not against the difficulty being stepped up a notch.

Worked like a charm. Thanks, everyone.

I usually get kd'd 1-2 times and one run takes roughly 10 minutes when I kill em all. Not that hard even after update.

Same. I only get KD'ed once or twice at the boss before Irontoe.
The dungeon is still extremely easy to do post-update. Just keep at it, you'll be fine.

If your planning on doing Survivor or just doing the dungeon over and over AND you have Pumpkin Pie, it is worth noting that it will make it alot easier. Increasing your Attack and Movement speed. If you find yourself not so familiar with the dungeon and finding yourself being overwhelmed, you can also use a bow to pull Dwarves then run away and keep pulling them to break down mobs.
