is it worth anything or should I just merch, know its a rare skin but not sure with the non perfect inherent!

Sorry to say this, but it drops in all areas of Prophecies, except for North Shiverpeaks, and the inherent mod on yours ain't max. Salvage the 20/20 and 30hp, and merch the remains, should there be any.
