No the higher your attribute the more damage you do, higher req just forces you to keep your att up to use it. People have come up with these notions that requirement matters in battle. If you have 15 or 16 att, it doesnt matter at all.

I agree there. But i'd like to think that the difference between the req and the attribute value would make a difference. Otherwise alot of money is going to waste eh?

for every1s information the higher over the req u are more damage u do so if u have 16 axe mastery and have req8 axe ull do mare dmg then 16 axe mastery with req 13 axe

actually db the more attr points u got in an area, the more damage u deal with a weapon/skill of that category.
For example, if you have 8 attr points in axe, a certain skill may do +24 damage and your norm dmg with an axe MIGHT be hmm 20
IF you have 16 in axe that same skill may do +44 damage and your norm dmg may be 35
