Does Spoil Victor trigger on corpse exploitation?

Since 0 health would be less than anything, I'm wondering if anyone knows if Spoil Victor triggers on corpse exploitation skills. I know it will trigger on rez'es, but I have a feeling the mechanics work differently. I would do some testing myself, but I'm not at my GW machine.

if it works on resses I see no reason why it wouldn't work on corpses... you're still using a skill on a target with less health than you.
