Id like few more opinions and current opinions are fairly different..

I personally haven't had much luck trying to sell any type of combined attributes items unless it was something like divine/prot or divine/heal and so on.

As for this one, it doesn't seem so handy for practical use. However, it's r8 and pre-nerfed, on top of "perfect" inherent mods. My guess would be around the 100k range, give or take.
