TOGA Party Fundraiser for Multiple Schlerosis

Event Summary

This is the Second Major Fund Rasier Event we have Done.

We will be having a TOGA party in Guild Wars and raising money for Multiple Schlerosis. This will be the 10th year that Barbie and her family will be walking for MS. Barbie's Mom suffers from the disease. Her mom's team is called Myrna's MSMoneyMakers.

The following page was set up as Guild Wars for our donation page. You will also see Barbie's name on the list..along with her family and friends If you are interested in walking...check out the section on the page where you can walk the following weekend as well!

The team will be walking the following Sunday! If you live in Saskatchewan...Join the team and we will see you there! If not, why not make a team for your own province. If you are not Canadian...you can show your support by coming out to the TOGA Party in Guild Wars or sponsoring the team!

The Winner of the Obby Armor will be going on a Forge Run with the GW Events Crew Members to Guarantee that you receive the Armor, also to have Screenshots Taken to be Put on our site.

The Dhuum Scythe and the Aion Wing Code will be given out as a prize to those that donate to the MS Society. When you donate to the MS Society, please e-mail your Name, In-Game Name and A Number from 1-1000 so that we can make a draw for this prize! TOGA Costume Contest ( aka be creative with your armor; 3 prizes here)
Opal Hunt ( You find her and win big!)
MS Party Marathon! - The objective here is to travel all over Guild Wars in a Marathon finding people and collecting Clues! More Information to come Closer to the Event. The Marathon will have 10 locations you will have to find hosts from GWevents and get a phrase and an item from them. Once you have found all of the people "in order"....you will go back to the "Host" on-air! From there we will see who is in 1st, 2nd or 3rd place

11am CST - 3pm CST - Malibu Barbie will be DJing and kicking off the event on-air 1 hour early
3pm CST - 5pm CST - Opal and Kelli will be hosting the Streams
5pm-6pm- Opal, Kelli and Barbie will be all on-air for the Marathon

not to be a sour apple, but if you continue to do these types of events(fundraisers etc) Mods should open up a new section. My opinion, but then again im a sour apple. Watch the post get deleted for not being on topic or saying,"GL" or "WAY TO GO"

And what do you propose for a new section that would barely get any use? This is a community event and it was posted in the correct spot for Community Events.

Akio It would be pointless as stated above. But most of these types of events, as you put it. We give out a heck of a lot of Ingame Items. I mean if you look and see what we give out. It's more of a Community Thing then a Fundrasier. We are trying to get the gamers together for thing to show the world we can be a united force, and make it a bit better. Our last event raised 1,338 dollars. And We had people donate from alll over the world. So i don't understand why you have to be a sour apple all the time. For you pretty said the same thing last also. Just be happy Akio.

no i just find it funny that you have to have espically from what iv seen in your only two events you have runned that there has to be a message.

BTW you missed out to do the Chilean Earthquake fundraiser.

Just trying to figure out, if it's just us or everyone. That is all. And we have ran other events with out a message. We have had at least 2-3 other events. with no fundraiser or a message. And I called you a sour apple cause you, yourself referred to yourself as one. As for the Chilean earthquake we didn't' have a fundraiser for it. but we are supporting it. and all the earthquakes that happened. we have a disaster relief on our page for all the earthquakes. But anyways AKio i do hope you will be able to attend it's going to be quite fun.
