I forgot my Guild Wars character name

I haven't played Guild Wars since early December. Before I could just log in with my username and password. Now I try logging in, it is asking me for my character name. I haven't played for so long, I forgot. I try contacting them, but all they give me is automated answers, not my character name. What should I do? I can't find any number to call them.

Don't you have any screen shots? Do you do backups of your PC? Wouldn't they be in there, or you just don't have any screen shots?

You should have tried clicking the "what's this?" on the log-in screen. It would have pointed you to this page with this answer:

You can go HERE to get to the support page as to what information they require to send you one of your character's names.
