Makes sense to leave the event running 1 more day. Due to the fact its St. Patricks day tommorow, a bit silly if they cut the event off one day before the actual day itself no?

Would make a lot of sense to do that. The event is for St. Patrick's Day, but anet has it end the day before the holiday the event's for? Perhaps there will be something tomorrow else tomorrow?

not going to complain if they leave it on...but I'm glad they added time onto it to begin with really,(see I can use punctuation besides "...") rather then just a weekend...

It would normally be a good idea.. but i think the fact you are missing is that officially March 17th starts at 0:00 GMT... The day starts a number of hours earlier for our European friends than the North Americans... It also means their day ends before ours, so the odds of getting that extension are pretty much nil.

No, but if you read the quote you asked that question about, you may notice one important word. OUT. Outside of a party at your house (which would rarely entail playing GW) you would not be with other people to drink with. Also, not many brands sell a GREEN Beer, which is quite common in most bars/pubs/resturants. But hey, drinking and playing is quite possible, I know a few people who do that all the time.

Not fair! The New Year according to the lunisolar calendar is a 15 days long festival (which is also the time Cantha New Year Falls on)
