Agree with ~10k.

I'd salvage the 20% pommel, sell for 5k.
Then sell the sword ~5k.
imo.

10k is extremely optimistic in my opinion. For a q10 insc, I think you'd have a hard time selling at 5k. The mods are worth more than the weapon.
