I just want to know if Tribal axe is Trible axe cause i dont see Tribal Axe in Prices Baseline v2.
Cause if its as rare as sickles maybe i could worth more than 32g

There is a max dmg tribal, so your axe is a piece of crap and is worthless...you will not get more then 32g unless someone offers 500gp just for the hell of it...personaly 32g isnt worth my time and i would merchant. I have a 6-12 tribal with no req which is almost as high of dmg with urs but without the req6 axe mastery .

only high dmg tribal axes are worth some money

low lvl tribal axes drop all the time outside piken
