WTB: Ornate Shield

As the title says I am buying an Ornate Shield, dual modded.
The stats I require on it are as follows
Requirements: req.9 to 11 strength only
One mod MUST be +28-30hp
-2 stance, -2 ench, +10/9vs slashing, +10/9vs piercing, +10/9 vs fire, -5 19%/20%, or reduces crippled/blind by 20%

I will also consider another +10/9 armor mod, if you have one.
