I lost my unclaimed items window, will it ever come back?

Doing a search, others have had the same problem, and no resolution was found.

In essence, my unclaimed items window decided not to show up, and now I can't bring it back.

I've tried changing districts, trading with others, doing more missions. None of it works.

Any ideas?

For clarification: it stopped appearing sometime yesterday, and I haven't been able to get the window to appear through missions, trading, zoning, relogging etc.

Maybe I have to wait until next game update for it to come back.

u can eaven quit GW and come back after a week, and still get them , but by pressing [X] its like saying No, i dont want these items.
therefor you cant get them back..

For clarification, are you saying that you never get a unclaimed items window when you complete missions anymore?

You have to successfully finish a mission, then wait for the mission timer to end and gw to send you back to town. If you map yourself back, you won't get the window. Also you don't get it just leaving zones or anything like that.

You Do Not have to finish the mission. I get the unclaimed garbage window every time i clear the first wave in Glints Challenge.

I dont think you can recover squat once youve squished the X.

Ya what masmar said, sometimes these things bug you for hours while zoning a lot and sometimes it seems they go away after one click.

basicly, it only shows up when you get a forced teleport back to town(I.E. anything with a count-down timer, like 60% DP party wipe, completion of mission/challange mission, and it seems like failing challange missions can get your box too

My gf had this same problems. Her unclaimed items box stopped popping up and didnt start showing up again until about 2 weeks later.


We didn't do anything to make it come back, it just did. The same goes for when it disappeared. It just stopped working one day. :\

I don't understand. Are you people saying that even when you have unclaimed items, the box doesn't show up?
The box only shows up when you actually have unclaimed items at the end of a mission or dungeon. Once you claim all the items in it or if you hit the X to close it, it won't reappear until you have new unclaimed items (at the end of a mission or dungeon) again. It's not design to always be on your screen - only when needed.

This sounds like a bug, so check the Game Bugs forum to see if it has been reported, possibly in Graphical Anomalies section. If not, then report it. As it is an intermittent problem, it probably has very low priority.

Well I have the same type of problem. I moved my unclaimed items window to the side once.. then.. I can not get it to move BACK!!

I'll tell you why. I have 2 computers.. with 2 different resolutions. When I use the lap top everything gets pulled in cause my Screen is smaller and then when I go to my tower everything is all messed up.

But I went to my WIFE'S laptop and did a mission.. she has a WIDE SCREEN and guess what, I moved this box on her conmputer and now all I see of the unclaimend window is the very bottom right hand corner of it.. accept button.. All I see is the letters "pt"

I can not get it to move.. big res, low res, laptop...nothing.. so my guess is that you used someone elses computer when doing a mission.. am I correct?

Can you not run in a window and make it very short but very wide?
