LF Friendly, Mature and Active PvP Guild

I am a new player starting out. I bought the PvP Kit for the game, so I can only play, and am only interested, in PvP.

I chose to start with this game because I am looking for a PvP heavy game where I can start out at max level without any level grind, and I dont want to grind for ever for gear either. Basically I just want to PvP.

As you guessed I am a noob, should be quite obvious as I just started out. So I am looking for a friendly and helpful guild which I can join a couple Codex Arena and other not randomly generated groups where I can train and learn with the guild, get feedback to get better.

I am a fairly hardcore gamer, so the guild have to be very active and have alot of PvP activities.

Most importantly is that they are friendly and mature players. Is there one thing I hate its immature leet talk, and people talking down to others (which unfortunately I have encountered quite a lot of).

I play in Europe, so a European guild would be good considering the time zones and the latency I get over in America.
