I could Change the damage+15% -5 energy with 15^50(with hp above 50%) So if i can get the Price check with both inscription One with The one that actually is and another one if i edited with 15^50

You cannot change the inherent as it is non-inscribable. That means you're stuck with the 15/-5 inherent.

I would say you could get about ~5k for this one.
