Considering it's 1 point off max; even r7 collectors wouldn't find any interest in this one, and even if it were, you wouldn't get more than a few plat for it.

Actually, if this had better mods, it would be worth something, because of the low tactics req. Monks (and other casters sometimes) often use shields with tactics req for the extra armor. r7 with 15 al would be quite desired, as the many extra attributes available from not having to use a r8 or r9 makes up for the al being 1 point off.

Unfortunately, this is merch food, because of the req. Just saying that not just collectors are interested in low req tactics shields.
