Fresh, new guild looking for PvE-based members

Hello, my name is Loki God Of Lies (In game, of course!), and I've just created a guild named Shattered Silence [LOUD]
My hopes for this build are to build it up into a strong, active guild, focused mainly on PvE, both high-end and beginning.
I want to be able to have a core group of very strong players who can not only enjoy each others company while doing "high-end" things such as vanquishing, FoW, UW, Urgoz, and The Deep, but also help out any new players that might become a part of our family.
I certainly am seeking mature, friendly members, and if you feel like you have strong leadership qualities, please let me know so we can talk about promotions and other such things.
Like I said, I really want to build this up in to something pretty awesome!
