Also got a 16 armor/8 tactics inscribable shield. I've seen some people trying to buy things like this, is it worth anything?

What skin, colour & attribute on the req8 shield? that depends alot

It's a militia shield, blue, junk stats on it. I just figured it was a PVP thing or something.

The more popular skins go for way more such as eternal / or darkwing
