Returning player question about EOTN

On the GW website I read that I only need the ORIGINAL guild wars to play EOTN. I'm not sure if I misread this, so my question is do I need ALL the expansions to play Eye of the north?

You only need one of the 3 main campaigns to be able to go to EoTN. (Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall)

This is because all of the enemies there are 20+ and they don't want beginners going to EoTN.

You can't start a character in eotn, but you can go there with a character started in any of the campaigns (proph/factions/nightfall) and you only need one of the three campaigns.
