Vampiric swords/axes are in high demand currently, however yours isn't max damage.

I would guess perhaps ~10k, get more opinions though.

But people buy swords like these, just because it has the life degeneration mod (which can only be found on non-inscr. items).
They put a Vampiric hilt on it and get -2 regen. (Used to kill yourself faster in PvP)

Try a starting bid of 5-10k in sell-section.
