EDIT: so apparently only spawning power is insc so, how much for a non inscribable of any of the above stats

They only come inscribable with req Spawning for Rit.

EDIT: Depends what stats you want them to have.

- req9 20/10 for Channeling and Communing should be somewhere around 35-50k.
- req Restoration doesn't drop anymore (since the staff update a few years ago) and is only available with pre-nerf inherent mods.
