This is item doesn't drop since many years and i had it on one of my old toons that i haven't played much since the start of GW, i have no idea if some collectors might want to have it so i put it here and see what happens :-)

The Tattered Girl's Cape used to be found in Stingray Strand in Prophecies. This item no longer drops but some people still have it saved in inventory.
