Need Help with Account!!

Before I contact ncsoft's horrible account support, I would like to ask some questions!


I used to play GW ages ago. I remember my account name and everything and also my ncsoft account name. But for some reason GW is not login name is not working and GW is not displaying on my MASTER NC Account.

Did they change the whole system at some point?

I used to play 2005-2007 ish! So its been a while.

Did you enter a name of one of your characters?

If you did not enter the name of one of your characters, you will need to do that now. It's the security question. If you did that, and everything is still bunked, you may have forgotten the exact spelling of your character, or, if the worst has happened, your account has been compromised. If you can prove the account is yours, Support should be able to sort it out in a couple days.
