As long as you know your Guild Wars login, password and a character's name (assuming you have a character on the account) then you can still play the game.
CD-Key's are only needed to activate an account (and if you ever need to retrieve account details from GW support). So even if you do loose the cd-key's, as long as you know the details to your account (login e-mail address, password & character on your account) then your fine.

If you've forgotten the names of your characters you may have trouble though. Login now requires a name of one of the characters on the account. If you've forgotten them, like a lot of returning players, you can contact support, but they request information to prove your identity. They may not think you ave sufficient evidence if you don't have any cd keys.

If you lost the CD's you can download the game from guildwars.com.

Losing CDs is not an issue, losing the keys can be. You may want to get a screen shot of your keys, if that still works.
