You can merch all the golds save for the Plagueborn Scepter - should be able to get ~5k for it due to near perfect mods.

Edit: yep, merch means selling them to the merchant.

Thanks for your help. I'm presuming "merch" just means sell them to the merchant for a few hundred gold?
