regular skills can be bought from skill trainers that are in many different cities throughout guild wars. Hundred blades is an elite that you will need to either unlock with balthazar faction (and then use an elite tome) or cap from a boss that has the skill
a list of skills can be found here:
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Skill
just pick the profession on the right to find the skills

If this is only your second day, don't worry about your bar yet. You probably don't even understand how most of the game works, let alone trying to figure out all the advanced stuff. Just build up as you go and figure out whats good and what isn't, and when you get to level 20, do a few missions, and understand how things work, you can go chase down skills that are a bit out of the way.

PS: I noticed your profession is listed as W/R, and you're asking about W and R skills. Just a tip: Don't run bow attacks on a War. Your job is to be a melee damage machine, not to tank, cast spells, or fire bows.

You did exactly the right thing - get help ingame and join a guild (and play with them). Don't bother too much with advanced builds, wikis and other external resources. You are at the very beginning where it doesn't really matter if you do things in the most efficient way.

Just play the game a few weeks to get an idea and only after that come back and visit the knowledge databases (wikis) and character-specific forums. If you do that too early, you are confusing yourself with too many new facts. The game has so many aspects, it's impossible to get it all in the first few days.

My only tip: In the beginning, focus on your primary profession and ignore your second profession. The second profession is more like a tool to be able to enhance your build with one or two additional skills that support your main role. Don't distribute your attribute points over too many attributes - most effective builds use only 2 or 3 attributes.

You sdhould take your time to play the game, as the others have said, don't worry about getting specific skills. If they're not at the skill trainer you've been to, you need to search elsewhere. Elite skills shouldn't really be a concern til you're well into the game.

Just worry about the other game mechanics and enjoying yourself, unless all you're doing is just trying to get to the end real quick and use cookie-cutter methods to get the goodies, which kinda misses the point of playing at all... Reward without challenge is kinda unrewarding...

Btw, if you don't know where to find those skills, i wouldn't worry about having them yet. learn to play the game first, use what's available.

You can buy a material storage pane at the Xunlai Agent for 50g. You can store 250 of each crafting material in that.

elite skills you have to cap from monsters that have it. you have to buy a signet of capture go out where that monster is at kill it and click on the signet to get that skill. OR you can unlock it with balthazar faction (elite skills cost 3k balthazar faction) and then use an Elite tome for that profession.

You will not find any bosses at all with elite skills until you get to the Crystal Desert and beyond. Hundred Blades is used by a boss in the very last mission in Prophecies, and you can't capture it before then unless you go to another campaign. The only other places to capture it are in Sunjiang District in Factions (about halfway through the campaign) and the Realm of Torment in Nightfall (about 2/3 of the way through the campaign).

You can, as others have suggested, earn Balthazar faction, unlock the skill, and buy an elite warrior tome to learn it. However, you really shouldn't need to. You don't need elite skills in the first half of Prophecies, and there are several elites for each core profession in the second half. Don't be so fixated on having that one skill. No one single skill should make or break your ability to play.

you unlock heroes by doing the required quests to unlock them. beat nightfall and talk to all the heroes you didn't get while doing the campaign. go to eye of the north and you get 3 vekk, gwen, and ogden to start then you do more quests for jora, pyre, and others.

1. Buy a Signet of Capture from a Skill Trainer NPC.

2. Put the Signet of Capture on your skill bar.

3. Choose the boss you prefer:

3a. Enter the Depths of Madness from Abaddon's Gate. Find the boss named Reaper of Agony in the north central area of the Depths of Madness.

3b. Take the quest "Breaking the Broken" in Gate of Torment and enter Nightfallen Jahai. Watch for the Blade of Corruption boss in the third wave of attackers.

4. Kill the selected boss.

5. Stand near the boss's corpse and use Signet of Capture.

6. Select Hundred Blades from the list of skills you are shown and click on the "Capture" button. Congratulations. You now know the Hundred Blades skill.

Please, take my advice and forget about Hundred Blades. Concentrate on learning the game and taking it step-by-step. Don't be running off to areas near the end of the campaign to get one particular skill. Judging from your questions, you are far from being ready to deal with those areas.

To get to the Realm of Torment, you must do a couple of dozen primary quests and missions first. There is no other way to get there. The skill is not a quest reward, it is an elite skill that must be captured from a dead boss who has it. I don't think you are ready to kill a level 28 warrior boss and his group even if you could get there instantly.

If you take your time and learn, eventually you will be in a place where you can capture the skill, and you won't have to ask how because you will already have learned all you need to know. The game is much more fun if you take things in order and don't try to rush ahead.

Balthazar faction can be obtained in PvP. You get faction for kills and wins. Check Wiki for an in depth article.

Also, he's not selling you the skill. He's for unlocking. Once you unlock it, you can use the skill on PvP chars and heroes. You can also buy an Elite Warrior Tome (they were about 5-6k last time I was on) and then learn any elite warrior skill you have unlocked.
