Salvage materials (armors dropped from animals) are usually used to get materials/runes from and nothing more

Mini Mandragor pet - 4k
Brute sword (purple) - merch
Fire wand (purple) - merch
Flamberge of defense (Purple) - merch
Butterfly Sword (blue) - merch
Scroll of heroes insight (gold) - sell to scroll trader/merchant
Sundering axe haft - if 20% / 20% sell for 3k
Daedal Shield - merch
Aeromancers Charr Braces Purity (Purple) - get rune/materials by salvaging
Barbed Longsword Of Defense (Gold) - depending on requirement. (assuming max damage, 15-22) 9-10 = 4-2k req. 11 to 13 use or merch
Ebon Half Moon Of Defense (Blue) - merch
Deadly Cesta (Purple) - merch
Deadly Cesta Of Quickening (Purple) - merch
Inscription "Strength & Honor" - (assuming 15% while health above) 1k

Yes that really helps alot because I'm rather new to selling stuff in Guild Wars, I really didn't know what to keep and what to sell. Now I do, and have a rough idea for the future. You've been a great help. I'm sure to be posting here in the future!
