Looking for active HA guild

I've been playing Guild Wars for over three years now and I finally want to get into HA. My pvp experience so far has been RA/TA (g4) and some GVG long ago. I'm also r1, even though that means just about nothing .

I play PST and I'm on pretty often. Have vent, but no mic at the moment.

I'd also prefer the guild to be fun, mature, and as close to normal as possible.
