In all seriousness, though, of course we care! Personally speaking, I've been with the ArenaNet team for close to four years now, so there's lots of love there. I hope you guys understand that we couldn't do this if we didn't care.

The fact that two more staff have signed up and are posting here on a regular basis is a very positive move. The community team has effectively doubled in size, and I'm sure ArenaNet doesn't commit resources that heavily on a whim.
They're doing a fantastic job, stop trying to talk them out of it.
