Hi
I have a question about the Hall of Monuments.
On wiki it states that you need at least 10 Maxed out Titles or 5 Maxed out titles (as long as you have every tapestry completely filled).
My question is : When I have 5 Maxed out titles and I have all the tapestries completely filled, except for the Valor (Weapons) one. Is it then possible to see the Rainbow Phoenix when I talk to Kimmes the Historian to view all my achievements on all my characters (that will completely fill every tapestry).
So for example. My main char has only one weapon in the valor monument. but my second most-used character has the rest completely filled.
Is it then still possible to charm/see the rainbow phoenix after I have talked to Kimmes the Historian?
Thanks in advance.
I did not saw the answer on Wiki.

My question already got answered while I watched on the unnoficial Guild Wars Wiki
Thanks Though.
The unnofficial wiki states :
The Rainbow Phoenix will only appear in the Hall of Monuments when the following conditions are met:
- The character has achieved the rank of "Kind Of A Big Deal (1)" in the Kind Of A Big Deal title track and has a "full" Hall of Monuments in personal or account-wide view.

Although by "full" they do not mean maxed out.

What he means by "by full they do not mean maxed out" is: you do not need all minis, titles, heroes, armors. You just need enough to 'fill' the respective monuments. This means: 20 minis, 5 heroes/pets, 5 armors. Then the monuments are considered 'full', although they are not 'maxed out' (you don't have all minis for example).
