Pc on old school R8 eternal shield

hey folk any chance of a pc on this old school shield

meh the duo mod is a plus req a plus
the non inherit on bottom a neg and the strength instead of tact a neg

id put about 50k to it

50-100k probs, 2/9 being nerfed but non max mod

lol dont think ive ever seen such mod before

I've got a very similar one myself, -2s/-2(8%) instead. 50-100k seems about right
