ONE of the mods is worth about 80k...AND it's an UBER rare gold max axe...with a nice dmg mod (not best, but still nice)

No way. My 15% vs Hexed Foes Req 9 was PCed at 200k+ I sold for 300k. No way will this get above 150k.
