Problem with Texmod~ (Need pro advice)

Okay, I' can't seem to find an answer anywhere, so I'm hoping some modding pros can answer this one- I made a mod for GW, and I can see it in towns just fine, as well as out of town. I gave it to a friend, and she can't see it in town, but she can see it outside of town. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix this so it shows up for others (with the mod) in town as well?

It might help if you told us what you were attempting to mod. It sounds like you're trying an armor mod of some sort.

Maybe she doesn't have the same configurations in your pc unlike hers.. There are certain stuff on how texmod works different per pc.. Video cards for example or 3D graphics settings.. You might wanna check that with her.
