Tried right now and there are indeed a couple of new (short) dialogues involving Liutenant Thackeray and Captain Langmar training recruits at the Shining Blade Camp. Thanks for pointing this out, I would have missed them.

Each of them is random and repeatable.

They're all on the wiki btw. I wanted to do them but I didnt go there anymore, lately.
But I didn't know they're random and reapeteable, thanks for saying it.

The bulletin board in Lion's Arch Keep has the current bounties.

Some good new stuff started dropping.

Unfortunately they're greens and have really bad mods.

I wonder how the new bounty will work, if it's something you can keep like zaishens or you need to do it the same day and in case how many you can keep...great addiction anyway

You can keep at least two at the same time.

Premise: I've been following the entire story as the updates went live with my main character. So I've watched all the dialogues step by step, took part to the scavenger hunt, visited Zinn's Secret Lab and all. Now I'm trying to unlock the Keep with more characters.

After watching the Trial with all of my character that have finished both Prophecies and EoTN I could immediately skip to the last scene @ the Shining Blade Camp (Livia coming back with Zinn and Blimm before the installation of their secret lab).

So, I've actually never seen Evennia and Livia leave the camp with my secondary characters, just Livia returning.

Soon after that I could access the keep in LA to get the bounties. Courier Falken was unlocked as well. That means tough that Evennia hasn't yet reached the Eye of the North and she's yet to meet Langmar.

Curiously enough, one of my characters that has cleared Prophecies but not EoTN yet (so, I can visit the Camp but no chance to see the Trial) has unlocked a scene I had never seen before, not even with my main character: Gavin recruited after being driven out of the White Mantle.

You have to do the gwen crap to unlock evennias discussion with the Ebon vanguard and her return

Not to gain access to the Tower. All you need is Zinn's Trial and the first 3 dialogues at the Shining Blade Camp.

I am still wondering who is actually spearheading this WAR campaign on the White Mantles side; if it’s just Confessor Isaiah or it’s Lazarus the Dire. Considering we are seeing the Jade constructs coming back in a new form, then it simply can’t just be the Mantle’s doing alone. I wonder if Dire finally got back his power and is ready to strike from the shadows with his ilk.

You know, it's the same thing I wondered when seeing those jades. I'm sure the mantles themselves wouldn't be able to "create" them alone. So yes, maybe Lazarus is behind this all?

WHITE MANTLE FORCES ALLEGEDLY MOBILIZING

According to unsubstantiated reports, the White Mantle is assembling their forces for a massive confrontation with the Shining Blade. I’ve heard reports from common folk fleeing south, fearful of being caught in the path of the huge assemblage if it marches on Lion’s Arch.

I will investigate these claims as best as I am able and provide more information tomorrow.
