The only real criteria for the shields are: Max q9 Strength and 30hp Unconditional.
For the 2nd mod on the shield, im looking for: 10 Armor vs X, -2/Stance, -2/Enchantment, -5/20% or Reduce X condition by 20% - in other words... No Hex crap xD
