Vampiric FDS

Hello everybody. I've had this item for quite a while now (since release of NF). It's a gold q10 FDS, uninsc. But, the mod was 15%/-1. Back then, I had never seen anybody else with one like this until about a year ago when they just started "popping out of nowhere." I was wondering if this is actually worth anything. My own guess: prolly not cuz of VDS and lack of ability to be dual vamp. *Hopes to be wrong.* Thanks in advance.

You pretty much summed it up yourself - the lack of ability to be dual vampiric. I don't see it getting more than 3-5k in that case.
