I am looking for a Ritualist Communing staff with the same stats or very close stats to these:

ENERGY+15
Damage 11-22 (communing or channeling)
Halves skill recharge of all spells (Chance 20%)
Energy+5 (while health is above 50%)
Health+30

Anything close to this would be great I will pay 10k.
