The closest one I have is this:

10% halve spell recharge

Also 2 20/10 req9 forbiddens water/fire

@Toilet Monster: Thanks, but atm I'm mostly looking for something with HCT/HSR 19-20%. And the non-max damage is not too pretty. But thanks for posting.
