HELP: i cant log in :(

Hey, I just bought the game today and created an account. I put in the access key and everything. I download the game. Then I went to play it but it said it didnt recognize my account information ( code=227) i think. First off, yes I confirmed my account, and I did not share this information with anyone. Please any help would be great.

Did you put the name of one of your characters into the "Security Question" part of the log-in screen? (It's just below "Password" - I'm not sure what happens if you haven't created a character yet.)

Other than that, did you enter your Account name (looks like an e-mail address) and Password completely and accurately? (The Password is case sensitive.)
