I checked guildwiki, the drop chart is just random, please post where you've gotten one to drop if you've ever gotten one.

And I have gotten mine from Zaishen Chest and Cathedral of Flames. Although Zaishen Chest is not included in possible drop list, I am pretty sure I got one from it.

I already saw that list. I mentioned that it was all random and I'm trying to figure out if its a global EotN drop or localized to certain areas

I got one in Cathedral of Flames also and have watched them drop there for others too.

ive gotten several and same as shadowhaze ^^ were ALL in cathedral of flames locked chests for me.

I have gotten them as random drops in various explorables. The one I remember most was the first one I got. It dropped in Drakkar Lake from a centaur.
