How do I get Ritualist as a secondary?

Hi there, I haven't played for years. and I am looking to get Ritualist as a secondary job for my Necromancer but I have no idea where to go to get it.

Wiki said Master Togo but he seems to only be available in the newbe grounds.

any help would be awesome.
