I just started up in pre-searing, so I have no idea what the value of anything there is. Is this worth anything (in pre-searing gold)?

9-12 slashing damage (requires 3 swordsmanship)
damage +13% while health is above 50%
health +26

Not very much, since a Rinblade is better.
