Looking for a PC on this item, before I decide to merch it or not, all advice welcome...

Armor 16 (Req 9 Tactics)
Recieved Physical Damage -2 (While Enchanted)
Health +45 (While Enchanted)

This shield is Oldschool, so non-inscribable, stats are perfect, just curious as to if its worth bothering to sell...
