Yes, they are Shiro's Blades, the largest daggers in-game and because of how huge they are, probably the coolest.
They are daggers, just to confirm. Apart from requiring 13 dagger mastery (You should have 13/14 anyways), they are a perfect vampiric set.

You trade an amulet of the mists for them, which you get after you beat the factions campaign. Indeed very cool skin. Would pay hundreds of ectos with no hesitation for a gold / zealous version of them.
