hello guys,
i need some help with vermin farming.
you prob. think: vermins... dude thats easy... but i tried some builds and
read alot on guru and haven't found anything.
(i farm in HM)
i wanna farm these things for the kaineng axe (or something like that).
i tried VwK warrior, 55hp, SoS and none of them work or works fast and safe...
(SoS works but the posion and bleeding kills me after 3 vermins...)
someone got an idea?? i know, hero is the key but maybe without one??
SF with sliver wont work cause they got knockdowns and its ANNOYING.
please, DON'T post something for an prof i don't got. i have warrior,assassin and monk.

I still farm Vermin on my warrior for non inscr celestial weapons, try not to agro more than 1 group at a time. As for the boss, take out cyclone axe for executioner's strike to take him down, this can be tricky in HM because they run alot so some short of AoE degen might help. For example Radiation field except that may be an issue on your energy. If you decide to take Radiation Field take out Feel No Pain.

Funny enough ive been farming vermin on my ele
Tbh vermin are not easy and these days not as popular as in the past but they are a fun farm.
i was using a standard terratank build with armor of earth and sliver and eboh - i was also bonded with a monk - mainly just mending and watchful healing ( not sure if right but its the healing bond in divine ) - the healing will counter the condition you get.
Be warned as the boss can deal a small amount of dmg that will hit you.
Not sure but the 330 ele build may work better ( on pvx ).
ps not tried 330 build but the bonded terra tank you can tank as much as you need - the spot with the boss if you sit an tank with aggro bubble on the upper lane you can get all the mobs there as 1.

I have attempted a build very similar to the one posted in HM and even with full knights and -2phys enchant shield I went down fast.

The builds I see posted are close to what was ran back in 2006, actually what was ran in 2006 are better than half of the ones posted here. Doylak Signet anyone? Vermin still knock down the last I checked with Entangling Asp. >_>
I find it unlikely any W/Mo builds would work effectively, only builds I ever remember that worked well solo in HM were Any/Rt builds that used VwK, but that was nerfed years ago in 2007 when they buffed Heart of Shadow.
Probably the fastest way is to run some sort of tank build - not hard to make - on your Warrior, Monk or Assassin (as the OP uses just those), and run Sympathetic Visage and Ancestor's Visage, with a partner or Ranger hero using Famine and EoE.
Saying that maybe one of the many W/Me builds that were made for farming Smite Crawlers might work, y'know the ones that were like this: http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:W/Me_UW_Whirlwind_Solo
Maybe with some editing they could work too, I'd try but I don't really care.
