OK..i played guild wars non stop but i stopped for a long time. then a few months later i started playing. but my original password and email for user name wouldn't work. and i reset it and it still didnt work. please help. i am getting really frustrated...ANYONE

They can help you as long as you have some proofs of ownership. Hopefully you gave correct details as to birthdate and address or at least remember the fake ones.

Web Support is what i usually use. The two are actually linked and you will receive e-mails to notify you that they have replied.

Expect the first reply to be an automated response. I'm not sure how long it could take because i haven't used them in a while, but i have a feeling it could take 3-5 days if not more.

My guess would be that your account was hacked at some point when you weren't playing. If they deleted your characters then entering that characters name will no longer work. You might try leaving that field blank and seeing if you can get in that way. But just do what others have said, get ahold of support and see if they can help ya.

My account was once hacked. I guess I was lucky though, because the hacked only logged in, and then out. I sent support an EMAIL. Got my account BACK after 2 days. Emailed me after say, 3-4 hours.
