If I wanted to buy an EoTN cd key for in-game money, would this violate the TOA?
I really don't think this is the same thing as buying gold or buying accounts... all I'm really doing is paying someone to buy the CD key for me, from which Anet still gets their money. Anyone know for sure?
Does this violate the TOA?

I am certain that's against the rules, and it's almost certainly a scam.

Like said before.. It is a Scam, more than likely. And not only is it a Scam.. it is against the EULA/ToA, and can end up in a perma Ban.

Me: EoTN key is 100K only.
You: Ok.
5 Min later...
You: Ok..key works.
1 week later...
Me: Email ANET: Someone stole my account!!! Here's my key and picture of the card containing my CD key and box of EoTN game. I want my key back.
Days later...
Me: TY ANet for returning my account back to me.
You: SH-i-T...I lost the key.
of course, there are better ways to scam...but you get the idea.
Have fun shopping!!!
