Well I believe that we should be able to purchase all the stuff necessary for Z-quests to our GH. This would provide a new gold sink and make the guild hall even more convenient.
The Signposts themselves would be 50k and the npcs associated with z coins and the turning in of the quests themselves would be an extra 75-100k.

With the new henchment being added this would just clutter the halls even more. Seriously, think about how much space there is in your guild hall and then figure out where you would place 3 signs and 4 NPCs. It isn't hard to map there, although I do agree it is a LITTLE annoying at times. So just to keep things from becoming over crowded...

The reason to not want this is because the z-quests have allowed the Great Temple of Bathazar to become a primary hub like it was always supposed to be (as it is the only town all characters who only own one game, and all PvP characters can interact with). That SHOULD be a primary trading/chat area of the game. Prior to the z-quest signposts being added, that place was a ghost town. Put them in a GH, and 90% of the motivation to ever go to that town ever again disappears.
